Run your
Best Life
Speed, distance, endurance, fitness, health.
These are all achievable outcomes with the right training plan. But for me, the greatest gift of running is better living. It can change the way we experience the world. It has for me, and I’m excited to share that with you.
Running is for people wild enough to want to love life more.

Your goals are my goals. Here’s how we achieve them.
A polarized
approach
With running, middle ground is a dead end. That’s why I intersperse quality workouts and base-building miles with specificity to achieve results tailored for you. Whatever your individual goals may be, we’ll customize a plan that gets you to your finish line.
Anticipatory
progression
This isn’t a rinse and repeat program. By personalizing your training based on what’s working and keeping you motivated week by week, you’ll be checking your plan with anticipation for what’s on deck, rather than dread. Because keeping it fun is what keeps us going.
Building a strong foundation
All of my plans encourage you to prioritize two days of run-specific strength training to build the foundational groundwork to keep you running for the long haul. While I am not a certified strength coach, I can point you to resources to guide this training.
Personalized
footprint
Running happens around life, not the other way around. So whatever your obligations to work, life, and family may be, I tailor your weekly schedule so you can stay consistent.
Meet Coach Ashley
I coach people to use running as a tool for better living.
I became a runner back in 2010 to test my physical abilities and it shifted my perspective on life. Running has taken me places I never dreamed of, while reframing how I see and move through the world and how I connect with my community. It’s fostered my connection to the natural world and helped me root myself in place. Running has proven to me how much more I can accomplish than I thought it could. And it’s made my life more fulfilling.
Now, I have the privilege of helping runners at all levels and abilities experience what it feels like when running feels meaningful, when it becomes something that helps them connect to the environment, community and their world.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or you just purchased your first pair of running shoes, I meet my runners where they are: as people who run, no matter their goals. I customize training plans that work for your schedule and lifestyle that use progress and momentum to spark motivation, keeping the energy high and making running feel like a privilege, not a chore.

ASHLEY’S STORY
I’ve been a mountain athlete for as long as I can remember, climbing, hiking, mountain biking and skiing nearly everywhere I’ve ever lived. So when I relocated from the Tetons of Wyoming to the flatland of North Texas in 2010, I knew I needed a new sport.
Friends introduced me to the Denton Area Run Club where I tagged along for weekly 5ks. I’d also recently adopted a young pup named Banjo, who needed a way to burn off his endless energy. These low and slow miles gradually morphed into a passion for the sport, and as my endurance progressed, my competitive side also wanted in.
From my first Warrior Dash in 2012 to Spartan and Savage Races (where I podiumed in my age group) to hybrid events like Hyrox, running has taken me further (both literally and mentally) than I could’ve ever imagined. Starting in 2020, I began training for marathons, both in groups with the Dallas Run Club and solo with my own coach. I now have eight half marathons and four full marathons under my belt. I’ve PRed every single race, always besting younger me (the only person I ever compete with). I’ve run everything from the most intimate local races to the Abbott World Major Marathons. I also love a good 10k, and running trails throughout the Tetons lights me up at my core.
Now I coach athletes like my former selves: the newbie runner, the slow and dedicated grinder, the first-time racer, and now, the seasoned marathoner never content with her last performance. I can’t wait to help you along your journey, wherever you’re starting—and wherever your next finish line may be.
